Internship & Summer Employment Program – for Gitxaała Students & Youth Ages 16-30
Gitxaała Enterprises (GECO) is proud to announce our 2026 Internship & Summer Employment Program for Gitxaała students and youth ages 16–30. Through the GECO family of businesses we aim to provide practical, hands-on work experience in diverse employment sectors to assist Gitxaała youth explore new career paths and gain valuable hands-on work experience that compliments current training and education endeavours.

The Gitxaała Nation is committed to the development and delivery of an integrated Education, Training and Employment plan that will generate long-term benefits to all members located in Lach Klan, Prince Rupert, Prince George, Vancouver and elsewhere.
Our mandate is to empower and support Gitxaała Nation members achieve their individual learning and employment goals.
