The Cage Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient cash handling process within our establishment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills who can manage transactions accurately while providing exceptional guest experiences. The Cage Supervisor will be responsible for assisting patrons and maintaining a secure environment.

Duties

  • Availability must be - Day/Evening Time, Weekdays/Weekends and Holidays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Must be 19+
  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • Proven experience in cash handling, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Leadership abilities to supervise staff effectively and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
